This is a sample dashboard built with the Vintelligence system, showcasing real-time environmental monitoring of a winery’s fermentation and barrel rooms. All of this is possible with consumer-available, budget-friendly sensors. Below is a snapshot from a live deployment:
Acts as the local processing center for all sensor data, visualizations, and alerts. No dependencies on 'the cloud'.
Monitors fermentation areas or barrel room conditions. Small profile and long battery life.
CO₂ sensors track gas buildup during fermentation. Can be used to notify of need for ventilation, safety monitoring, or automated opening of fresh air ducts.
Ideal for embedding in difficult-to-reach areas like barrel interiors or fermentation tanks.
Status light can provide visual indications of conditions (such as excessive CO₂ levels) and monitor for motion indicative of safety issues and trigger alerts.
Triggers off of a small amount of residual fluid creating contact between two exposed contacts, completing a circuit and sending telemetry which can then be used to deliver notifications to staff.
